- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used accordingly

- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data when the reasons for processing no longer exist
- Object to results arising against the individual through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing
Requests regarding these rights may be submitted to Assos Atlas in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the KVK Law.
